Job Description

• Manage and analyze production management of two industrial sites: St‑Florent le Viel (fabrication des salades et plats cuisinés) and Le Mesnil en Vallée (fabrication des burgers, pâtisserie salée, cassolettes, vols au vent).
• Prepare the profit & loss statement and ensure budget control.
• Actively participate in budgeting construction and monitoring.
• Support site managers in performance management of industrial operations.
• Calculate production cost of products and industrial cost prices.
• Charge projects R&D (new products) and estimate pricing.
• Assist in the deployment of the Copilote ERP, including data reliability, reference work, configuration, testing, launch, reporting and key performance indicators.

Location

• Breteil, près de Rennes (35) with 30% travel to production sites or
• Mauges sur Loire, near the two production sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in management or related field with experience in industrial cost management, preferably in the agri‑food sector.
• Hands‑on orientation, seeking a role close to production teams and industrial management.
• Rigorous, autonomous, proactive in developing analysis.
• Structured mindset, focus on performance and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Copilote or another ERP (Navision, SAP) is ideal.
