Consultant W/M
Our Commercial Department is recruiting its future “Health and Welfare Consultant (F/M)” , on a permanent contract .
You will join the Consulting Business Unit, based at our headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine (92) , with the mission of becoming a strategic partner for Henner.
You will work with companies of all sizes on issues with significant technical, regulatory, and financial dimensions. Your role will not be limited to managing a portfolio.
You will be expected to analyze, structure, and secure collective health, welfare, and funeral guarantee schemes.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and structuring complex collective schemes
- Drafting and securing founding documents and contractual architecture
- Analyzing technical balances (S/P, PB, reinsurance, etc.) and providing well-argued recommendations
- Presenting findings to HR, finance, and procurement departments
- Responding to calls for tenders and delivering presentations
- Supporting strategic or sensitive projects
You are autonomous, responsible for the quality of your advice, and fully committed to collective performance.

The Profile
You have proven experience (5 to 10 years) in group insurance, with solid expertise in health and welfare.
You are recognized for :
- Your technical and regulatory mastery
- Your financial analysis skills
- Your consulting approach and credibility with demanding stakeholders
- Your sense of responsibility.
We are looking for engaged professionals capable of combining technical precision, critical thinking, and strategic vision.
Professional proficiency in English is a plus.
