Communication Project Manager Intern at MANTU

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic and creative thinking by drafting recommendations for client proposals and proactive initiatives.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends in employer branding and communication.
• Coordinate the deployment of employer brand campaigns with internal teams such as strategic planning, digital, and creative studio.
• Support content creation for editorial strategies and social media initiatives.
• Contribute to agency visibility by preparing case studies, newsletters, and posts for social media.

Qualifications

• Experience in communication strategy and content writing
• Experience with market intelligence or competitive analysis
• Academic background: Master’s degree in Political Science, Communication, or Business
• Fluent French and English
• Experience with AI generative tools is a plus
• You have strong interpersonal skills and can collaborate in a fast-paced, multi-team environment. You demonstrate initiative, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
• Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity.
