The Role

As Atelier Février continues to grow, we are looking for a Client Relations & CRM Intern to join our Paris team.

 You will play a key role in supporting our bespoke rug projects and ensuring every client experience reflects the care, discretion, and excellence of our atelier.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries with professionalism and a tone consistent with Atelier Février’s values.
• Follow up on ongoing projects, from design approval to production and delivery.
• Support communication between design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, visuals, and documentation when needed.
• Contribute to a refined and attentive client experience across all touchpoints.

Ideal Candidate

• Student in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, or Design Management (internship agreement required).
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a sense of empathy and precision.
• Proficient in office tools (experience with CRM systems, Notion is appreciated).
• A genuine appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and the culture of slow-made luxury.
• Calm, reliable, and attentive — someone who values quality over haste.

• Duration: 6-month full-time internship (stage conventionné)

• Remuneration: According to French internship standards
