Location: Paris (or within commutable distance, 2–3 days per week on site)

Salary: €180,000 – €220,000 base + performance bonus + LTIP (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are supporting a high-growth, PE-backed retail brand undergoing a significant phase of expansion and operational evolution. To drive this next chapter, we are seeking a Chief Transformation Officer to lead a multi-year transformation agenda across strategy, operations, digital, and organisational effectiveness.
This is a pivotal executive role, working closely with the CEO, Board, and private equity stakeholders to shape and execute a transformation roadmap that delivers measurable improvements and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and lead the company-wide transformation programme, ensuring full alignment with strategic goals
• Partner with functional leaders to deliver initiatives across operations, supply chain, digital, commercial, and customer experience
• Introduce robust governance, KPIs, and reporting structures to track progress
• Identify operational efficiencies and implement scalable processes and systems
• Influence, coach, and support senior leaders through periods of change
• Drive cultural alignment and organisation design improvements
• Act as the executive liaison between management and the private equity sponsor
About You
• Proven experience leading transformation in high-growth retail or consumer-facing businesses
• Experience in PE-backed environments is highly sought, or background in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering operational and financial performance improvements
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with investment teams
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environments
• Fluent English required; French beneficial but not essential
Location & Working Model
This role is based in Paris, with flexibility. Exceptional candidates across Europe who can travel to Paris 2–3 days per week will be considered.
Compensation
• up to c. €220,000 base salary
• Annual performance bonus
