Chief Digital & Information Officer F/H
Your role & impact
As Chief Digital & Information Officer, you will play a key role in supporting Aroma-Zone’s next phase of growth and international expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Committee, you will define and lead a unified digital, IT and data strategy across the organization.
At a pivotal moment of scale and structuring, your mission will be to build a more integrated, efficient and scalable operating model. In this context, your key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing a unified Digital, IT and Data strategy aligned with business priorities
- Strengthening the reliability and performance of IT systems (infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications)
- Leading the modernization of the ERP and overall technology architecture
- Building a strong omnichannel ecosystem, connecting e-commerce and retail experiences
- Optimizing key business flows (supply chain, inventory, order management)
- Supporting the deployment of a company-wide Data & AI roadmap to enable data-driven decision and maximize business performance
- Simplifying ways of working and improving operational efficiency across teams
Beyond technology, your role is to turn digital and data into real business enablers, improving customer experience, operational performance and organizational agility.
You will also:

Your strengths
You bring 15+ years of experience in digital and IT leadership roles, with a strong track record in leading complex transformations in omnichannel environments (retail and e-commerce).
You combine strategic vision with strong execution capabilities, and you are comfortable operating at executive level. Your background includes:
- Proven experience leading IT, digital and data transformations (including ERP modernization)
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail environments and consumer-facing business models
- Experience building scalable technology architectures and data-driven ecosystems
- Ability to connect technology decisions to business priorities (growth, efficiency, customer experience)
- Experience working closely with executive teams and contributing to strategic decision-making

The position is based in the Vaucluse region and/or Aix-en-Provence. A professional level of French is required to succeed in this role.
