You Will Support Strategic Projects Across Three Main Areas

As we deploy our next strategic cycle, we are looking for a highly motivated Strategy Intern to support the Group Head of Strategy on key cross-country initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of an international organization, directly exposed to executive-level decision‑making.

Your Mission

1️⃣ Market Research & Strategic Analysis

• Conduct market analyses (competitive landscape, pricing, regulation, M&A trends)
• Benchmark international education players
• Support investment cases and Board materials
• Contribute to strategic deep‑dives (new geographies, new business lines)

2️⃣ Strategic Plan Deployment

• Help structure and monitor country strategic plans
• Support preparation of COMEX & Board presentations
• Track key strategic initiatives across geographies
• Produce clear executive‑ready synthesis documents

3️⃣ Performance Monitoring & Insights

• Analyze operational and financial KPIs
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Support ad‑hoc analysis for executive decision‑making

You will work directly with the Group Head of Strategy and interact with CFOs, COOs and country CEOs.
