Description Of The Team/department
The IT Architecture and Control (ITAC) team is part of the IT Department and has a transverse role, interacting daily with multiple teams. ITAC coordinates and supports the definition, review, and alignment of IT architectures and practices, ensuring a consistent approach to architecture, control, anomaly management, and policy across the IT environment.
Missions
As an apprentice within ITAC, you will contribute to the supervision and control of IT architecture implementation - especially on network and firewall systems.
Your Missions Will Include
- Supporting the design, documentation, and governance of IT architectures, with a focus on network and firewall flows.
- Participating in the detection and management of IT anomalies, helping to investigate issues and propose corrective actions.
- Assisting in the application and review of IT control measures to ensure compliance with defined standards, especially for network and firewall configurations.
- Contributing to the standardization and implementation of IT policies, ensuring they are understood and applied.
- Collaborating with multiple teams to gain a broad understanding of IT services and their operational constraints.
- Maintaining clear documentation of architectures, controls, anomalies, and policies.
- Developing scripts and automation tools to streamline and optimize ITAC activities, such as architecture reviews, anomaly detection, control checks, and documentation updates.
Profile
Bachelor or Master in Computer Sciences from university or engineering school.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (L2/L3) - solid understanding of network layers, protocols, routing, switching, and firewall concepts.
- Analytical and problem solving skills: ability to investigate anomalies, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Basic scripting or programming skills (Python): willingness and ability to develop automation tools in Python to support ITAC activities.
- Attention to detail - meticulous approach to documentation, control checks, and compliance related tasks.
- Communication skills - ability to clearly document findings and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Duration: 24 months (September 2026 - August 2028).Frequency desired: 3 weeks - 1 week (best) or 2 weeks - 2 weeks.
