Airbus Commercial Aircraft – Ground Test Integrator (A350 FAL & Customer Line)

Location: Toulouse, France. Employment type: Permanent.

The Ground Test Integrator is responsible for designing and implementing complex test systems that ensure every A350 is flight‑ready before delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering to define embedded system test functionalities and requirements.
• Define and integrate ground test architecture into the industrial installation process.
• Specify hardware and software test means for automated testing.
• Assess aircraft design modifications for industrial impact.
• Lead ground tests for development and certification, managing risk analysis and problem resolution.
• Participate in major industrial projects and TCQ (Time, Cost, Quality) initiatives to optimize the FAL.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s (Bac+5) in general or aeronautical engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in A350 systems tests & design, with proven experience in high‑stakes industrial environment.
• Languages: Negotiation‑level fluency in English and French.
• Leadership and shopfloor presence.
• Project management, teamwork, and the ability to navigate complex timelines.
• Previous experience leading a team or coordinating large‑scale missions is a plus.
